Refund & Cancellation Policy
At JemLife, every proposal is designed to be meaningful and intentional.
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our Valentine Proposal Edition.
Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Proposal Card Orders
When you place an order on JemLife, you are purchasing a Proposal Card experience, not a bracelet upfront.
The bracelet is prepared only after the recipient accepts the proposal by tapping “I Do 💍”.
2. Rejection Protection Guarantee
If the proposal is not accepted, you are eligible for a 70% refund of the amount paid.
Conditions:

The recipient does not tap “I Do 💍”

No bracelet preparation or delivery has started
The remaining 30% covers:

Proposal card production
-
AR experience setup
-
Operational and processing costs
This guarantee exists to ensure confidence without risk.
3. When the Bracelet Is Accepted
Once the recipient taps “I Do 💍”:

The bracelet order is automatically confirmed

Custom preparation and packaging begins

Delivery is initiated to the address provided at checkout
At this stage, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. No Refund After Bracelet Delivery
Because each bracelet is:

Selected intentionally
-
Prepared after acceptance
-
Customized and packed exclusively
No refunds or cancellations are possible once the bracelet has been delivered.
5. Refund Timeline
If eligible for a refund under the Rejection Protection Guarantee:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days

Refunds are processed to the original payment method
-
Processing time may take 5–7 working days
6.Cancellations by JemLife
In rare cases where JemLife is unable to fulfill an order due to operational reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
