1. Acceptance of Terms

By using JemLife, you confirm that:

  • You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions

  • You understand the nature of our proposal-based gifting experience

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

2. Nature of the JemLife Service

JemLife offers a proposal experience, which includes:

  • A physical proposal card

  • An AR-based front-side experience

  • An oath and acceptance page accessed from the back-side scan

The bracelet is not purchased upfront.
It is prepared and shipped only if the recipient accepts by tapping “I Do 💍”.

 

3. Proposal Card & AR Experience

  • Each proposal card is unique

  • AR codes are linked to a specific order

  • Users are responsible for keeping the card safe until use

JemLife is not responsible for:

  • Lost or damaged cards after delivery

  • Improper handling or misuse of the AR code

 

4. Acceptance & Order Confirmation

When the recipient taps “I Do 💍”:

  • The bracelet order is automatically confirmed

  • Preparation and packaging begin immediately

  • Delivery is initiated to the address provided by the purchaser

This action is considered final confirmation of the order.

 

5. Pricing & Payments

  • The proposal experience is priced as displayed on the website

  • Payments must be completed in full at the time of checkout

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise

JemLife reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

 

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Key points:

  • 70% refund if the proposal is not accepted

  • No refunds after bracelet delivery

  • Refund eligibility is subject to stated conditions

 

7. Customization Disclaimer

Any uploaded photos, videos, or selections provided by the customer are used as-is.

JemLife is not responsible for:

  • Content quality provided by the user

  • Emotional outcomes of the proposal

  • Relationship decisions made by either party

 

8. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

  • JemLife is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on JemLife, including:

  • Text

  • Visuals

  • AR experiences

  • Branding

is the intellectual property of JemLife and may not be copied or reused without permission.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

JemLife shall not be held liable for:

  • Emotional distress or disappointment

  • Relationship outcomes

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 

11. Modifications to Terms

JemLife may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective once published on the website.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
